I. PRODUCT INFORMATION A water based white printing paste with high degree of elasticity and coverage characteristics that can be used for textile printing and wowen and knitted fabrics. 

 II.Describstion.

1.It can be used for printing on textile fabrics of cotton, hemp, viscose, terylene, mylon, PVC (chlorofibre, polyvinyl chloride fiber) fibers and other kinds of fibers.

2.It can be used for printing on such materials as leather, wood, paper and leatheroid etc.

3.It can be used for coloring water-based materials such as inner wall coatings. Suitable for different kinds of printing methods, such as fluorescent printing, spray printing, pattern printing, and electrostatic printing etc, and a satisfactory printing effect can be obtained using cylinder, flat screen, round screen or spray printing method. III.APPLICATION METHOD

(I) Fabric printing

KEXUN brand printing pigment paste can be used with all kinds of adhesives from home and abroad for pigment printing on fabrics with the following method:

Reference method:

Pigment paste 10~100 grams

 Emulsion thickener X grams

Urea (1:1) 30~50 grams

Binder  200~400 grams

Cross-linking agent 0~30 grams

Mixed into one kilograms

Note: 

In the above formula, color matching can be make by adding suitable amount of printing pigment paste into water-based compound and mixed uniformly to obtain a satisfactory coloring effect by controlling the amount of pigment paste.

IV.STORAGE Should be stored in room temperature and the package cap should be closed during storage. Should be used within 1 year of the production date.
